Each content shoot package is priced based on the full creative process, not just the time spent filming.

This includes pre-shoot planning, content direction, shoot time, editing, photo selection, file preparation, uploading, communication, and delivery.

Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your shoot date.

Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid. This fee secures your date, covers pre-shoot planning and preparation, and accounts for the time allocated to your project.

The remaining balance is due before content shoot day.

Payment Terms

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required.

A further 25% payment is due 7 days before the shoot.

The remaining 25% is due on the shoot day, and must be paid before the shoot starts.

Final content will only be delivered once the full balance has been paid.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot date.

If more than 7 days’ notice is provided, your booking fee can be transferred to a new shoot date once, subject to availability.

If rescheduling is requested within 3–7 days of the shoot, 50% of the booking fee will be retained and the remaining 50% may be transferred to a new date.

If rescheduling is requested within 72 hours of the shoot, or if the client cancels on the day, the full booking fee will be retained and a new booking fee will be required to secure another date.

Cancellations

Booking fees are non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel the shoot.

If I am unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or circumstances outside of my control, the shoot will be rescheduled to the next suitable date. If rescheduling is not possible, any unused portion of the payment will be discussed fairly.

Weather / Location Changes

For outdoor or location-based shoots, weather conditions will be assessed before the shoot. If the weather makes it unsuitable or unsafe to create the planned content, the shoot may be rescheduled or adjusted to suit an indoor/alternative location.

Final Delivery

Final edited content will be delivered after the remaining balance has been paid.

Raw footage, additional edits, extra revisions, additional locations, extended travel, and rush delivery may incur additional fees unless included in the agreed package.
