How to Create Space for Yourself in a Busy Life
We glorify being busy.
We fill every gap in our day with notifications, errands, and responsibilities — and call it normal. But somewhere between doing everything for everyone else, we forget what it feels like to truly breathe.
Creating space for yourself isn’t indulgent — it’s how you return to balance. It’s how you remember who you are when no one is asking anything of you.
When I started intentionally creating space for myself, everything in my life became clearer. My energy shifted. My work felt more aligned. The women who come to my workshops often say the same — that the simple act of slowing down helps them reconnect to their intuition.
Here are a few ways to create space when life feels full:
🌿 Schedule “white space” into your week — one morning or evening with no plans.
🕯️ Make transitions slower: light a candle, stretch, or breathe before switching tasks.
💌 Set a digital boundary — try one day a week without social media.
You don’t have to escape to find peace. You just have to pause long enough to hear yourself again.
